These terms govern your use of Vibe-Code Audit (vibe-audit-efkm.onrender.com), operated by Ingenious AI, Orange Walk Town, Belize. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Vibe-Code Audit is a web-based security scanner for AI-generated code and websites. Paste code or enter a URL; it checks for exposed secrets, injection flaws, cross-site scripting patterns, missing security headers, exposed .env/.git paths and broken links, then scores the result 0–100 with severity ratings, plain-language explanations and copy-paste fix guidance for every finding. It is a code-review aid, not a penetration test, and a clean scan is not a guarantee of security.

Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully. Scan only code you own or are authorized to review, and only websites you own or are authorized to test.
• Do not abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive rates, or resell access without permission.
• Do not use scan results to attack systems you do not own — findings are for fixing your own code, not for exploiting others'.

Plans & billing

A free tier is included (basic scans, no credit card). Paid plans (Pro $49 one-time, Team $149 one-time) are billed per the pricing page. Paid access is delivered via license keys. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Accounts & termination

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the security of the service. You may delete your account at any time by emailing avilanatanael640@gmail.com.

Disclaimer

Scan results are informational and advisory only. No scanner finds every vulnerability — always combine automated scanning with manual review, dependency updates and safe coding practice. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date at the top always shows the current version. Material changes will be noted here, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
